Innovation/Switching Gears Award - Winner:  Thomas FX      

Thomas FX is a special effects company for the local film industry.  When businesses had to shut down, they pivoted from making artificial snow, ash, etc. for film sets to focusing on how they could help others in the film industry efficiently sanitize their workplaces.
