Thomas Studios, three studios in one, was created as an adjunct to the highly successful Thomas Special Effects facility and designed to the movie industry's highest specifications.
Thomas Studios features acoustically insulated walls and ceilings, clear span space, permanent lighting and rigging ceiling grids, a seismically insulated vibration free floor for motion control operation, and installed green and blue screens. A white corner cove cyclorama provides additional flexibility.
The Thomas soundstage remains a "state of the art" special effects studio. The first of its kind in Canada, the studio is popular with both commercial, television and film production users, and it enjoys a stellar reputation within the industry as one of Vancouver's premier special effects and insert soundstages.
