Thomas FX has re-opened "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY", for the time being, and has introduced "No Contact Pickup Service" to keep us all safe during this troubling period of the COVID-19 Virus. Here is a photo of Betty helping our first "BY APPOINTMENT", "Post COVID-19", store customers.All customer service areas have been outfitted with Plexi protective barriers and shields. To promote the necessary social distancing safety rules, our store, and pickup areas, are well marked with signage to keep everyone conscious of the necessary spacing. All protective Plexi Safety Barriers used in our store, can be ordered through Thomas FX, and available for pickup in 4 business days.
When arriving at our building, new signage in front of each parking space prompts visitors to stay in their vehicles and call to let us know you have arrived. Only two store customers will only be allowed into our store at a time and there is a clearly marked waiting area on the sidewalk in front of our building. Once inside, customers must sanitize their hands and have their temperature read before proceeding.
NOTE: If you are sick, or have been in contact with someone who is sick, please do not visit.
Customers must wear a medical, or non-medical, safety mask at all times. If a customer does not have their own mask, one will be provided.
Drivers must back up to the loading bay, stopping at least 8' from the door. Before leaving their vehicles, please call to let us know you have arrived. Once your order is ready for pickup from our loading bay, we will call back to let you know. We will then open our loading bay door, so you can sign for the order and load out. As a safety precaution, we will no longer be able to help drivers load out. Our apologies for that.
Thomas FX is a COVID-Free Zone and with everyone's cooperation, we will be able to keep it that way. We have made many changes during these months of lockdown and need everyone's help to keep safe.
